Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Items must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used.
Items that are opened, used, damaged, or missing original packaging may not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@sfromsbeauty.com. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you would like to return
- The reason for the return
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by providing a replacement or refund.
Please include photos of the product and packaging when contacting support.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly after being placed. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been submitted.
